Stop an agent’s sub-session

Interrupts the current turn of one background sub-session the agent opened, exactly as a stop from the conversation composer would: nothing is muted, the sub-session reports back that it ended, and nothing it already did is undone; a process its runtime started in the background may keep running. The answer is stopped, or not_running when it had no turn to interrupt. Only callers who may continue that sub-session’s session may stop it, and they are named in its transcript. Answers 409 DAEMON_FEATURE_MISSING when the agent’s daemon cannot stop a sub-session, and 409 ASSISTANT_MODE_OFF for an agent outside assistant mode whose daemon serves only assistant mode’s.
