Get an agent’s skill source install status
The latest install failure of each skill source the agent enables, as the daemon serving it reported after its last skill reconcile: the source name, an enumerated reason code (resolution_failed, access_denied, ref_moved, commit_unavailable, sha_fetch_refused, fetch_failed, limits_exceeded or cli_failed) and when the control plane received it. A source that installed, or has not been tried since it was enabled, is not listed. Raw Git or CLI output is never stored; detail stays in the daemon log. Gated on viewing the agent.
