List a webchat conversation’s pending proposals

Lists what the agent’s scheduled checks propose to do for items taken in one webchat conversation, still waiting for approval, the soonest to lapse first, at most 50: each proposal’s sentence, its reason, the task a background session would carry out, its item and when it expires. Only callers who may continue that conversation, or who can edit the agent, may read it; the conversation must be one the caller may view. Answers 409 DAEMON_FEATURE_MISSING when the agent’s daemon cannot narrow its proposals to one conversation. Nothing is stored by this call.
