Update a conversation

Set a conversation's trigger (Off, Mention, Any message, or By decision with its complete gate binding), session mode, or default agent, then push the updated routing configuration. Off, Mention, and Any message clear a By decision binding. By decision refusals carry code DECISION_NOT_FOUND (404) or DECISION_UNSUPPORTED_CONSUMER (409).
