Compare the package this integration would build now with the one last published to the tenant’s catalog (a connected tenant) or downloaded (an own bot). A connected tenant updates by connecting again; an own bot by uploading a fresh download. 409 MSTEAMS_RELAY_ORIGIN_MISSING when the deployment has no public relay origin.
