Claim a Google Workspace customer for Google Chat
Connect the caller’s Google Workspace customer to this organization on the deployment’s Google Chat app. state is the unsigned base64url JSON the Chat prompt carried; every fact is re-derived: the caller’s linked Google account must be the Chat user who asked, a Space claim requires the caller’s membership in that Space to be INTERNAL, and a DM claim requires the caller to be its only human member, whose domain is the one bound. A DM claim matches only the row that already lists its domain; a Space claim’s domain and customer append the domain to the customer’s row, upgrade and re-key a domain-only row, or consolidate the two rows into the customer’s. A new customer is installed on the organization’s preset agent (201). A customer this organization already holds answers 200; one held by another organization answers 409 without naming it, and a domain bound to a different customer answers 409 GOOGLE_CHAT_CLAIM_CONFLICT. Answers the Chat prompt’s completion URL when the state carried one.
