List installation repositories

Repositories the installation is granted (paged, max 100/page). With the per-user authorization gate configured, public repositories remain visible while private repositories are filtered to those the CALLER can read on GitHub. Without a linked GitHub identity, only the public subset is returned and privateReposHidden is true — no private repository names reach the console. GitHub offers NO server-side search on this listing — the console filters client-side.
