Resolve an installation repository

Resolve one owner/repository name through this GitHub App installation. This covers private repositories and repositories beyond the first page of the picker listing without exposing repositories outside the installation grant. The owner must be the installation account: an installation token reads any public repository, so a repository on another account is reported as absent rather than as App-backed.
