Read a workspace file

Proxy one byte slice of a file live from the owning daemon (64 KiB default; page with offset while truncated). Pass sessionId to read an authorized isolated session worktree. A missing file is data (exists:false); binary files come back encoding:none. Pass repo (owner/repo) to address one of the agent’s authorized additional repositories instead of its primary workspace; an unauthorized name reads 404, and a daemon too old to scope by repository yields 409.
