Draft a commit message from the staged diff

Ask the owning daemon to draft a conventional-commit message from the staged diff of its checkout, or of an authorized isolated session worktree when sessionId is given. The model pass runs on the daemon against the agent’s own runtime — the control plane never calls a model provider, and stores neither the diff nor the message. Requires edit access to the agent, because it spends the agent’s model budget. Nothing staged, a runtime that declines or answers with prose, and a timeout are all ok:false with a detail to render; 503 when unplaced or the daemon is offline. This writes nothing: the reader edits the draft and commits it separately. Pass repo (owner/repo) to address one of the agent’s authorized additional repositories instead of its primary workspace; an unauthorized name reads 404, and a daemon too old to scope by repository yields 409.
