Sync the workspace

Sync the checkout to its configured remote branch on the owning daemon: fetch, point the local branch at the remote tip and check it out, carrying uncommitted edits and never merging. A refused sync (a local commit the remote lacks, an edit it would rewrite) is data (ok:false + detail); 409 when the agent is working in the checkout, 503 only when the daemon is offline. Pass repo to sync one of the agent’s authorized additional repositories instead of its primary workspace.
