Sessions
Mint a session-continuation webchat token
Mints a short-lived token the browser presents to the relay pool to continue an existing session from the console composer — a chat thread (the human turn is mirrored back to it) or a hook-origin session such as a GitHub or GitLab event, whose only surface is the console. Requires continuation authorization, un-purged content, a daemon that can still serve the session content (its recorder, or a live member of the shared store it was written to), and continuation-capable daemon and relay pool.
