Gitea
Rotate a managed Gitea webhook’s signing secret
A webhook’s secret is set at creation only, so the key is rotated by replacing the webhook (§7): a successor is created under a sealed successor key with the full subscription, both keys reach the relays, the old webhook is deactivated and a test delivery is fired at the successor. The old webhook is deleted and the key promoted once the relay verifies one delivery under the successor — promoted reports whether that already happened.
