Wake a pool computer
Starts a sleeping (or failed) per-agent or manual managed computer again from its kept volume, with its files, browser profile and sign-ins. Returns at once; the computer is waking until it is back online. 409 for an ephemeral or self-hosted computer, or one whose volume is gone or whose reset did not finish (reset it instead); 429 at a managed computer quota; 503 without a pool member.
