Create a pool computer
Creates a manual managed computer in the deployment’s Kubernetes pool: a Linux desktop pod with its own volume, which registers itself and appears with kind: managed. It is assigned to agents through its agentAccess (here or with PUT /computers/{id}/agent-access), none by default; agents with access share it one at a time under the control lease. It is visible to everyone in the organization unless visibility is restricted, whose sharedWith audience always includes the caller. It sleeps when idle, keeping its volume, wakes on the next use, and stays until it is deleted. The caller becomes its owner. 429 (COMPUTER_QUOTA_EXCEEDED) when the organization is at a managed computer quota (GET /computers/quotas); 503 when the deployment runs no pool or no pool member is connected.
