Reconnect a Linear workspace
Restart the OAuth funnel against an already-connected workspace whose grant died (refresh rejected, the deployment app’s secret rotated, or the workspace revoked the app upstream). The callback replaces the stored grant in place; the bot, its members, and its default agent are untouched.
