Disconnect a Linear workspace
Remove a connected Linear workspace for the whole organization: every agent’s membership of it, then the bot identity itself, whose deletion revokes the upstream grant. Atomic from the caller’s side — a partial teardown is reported as a conflict naming what is still linked, never as success.
