Search the skills.sh registry

Look up installable skills by name in the public skills.sh index. Each hit carries the owner/repo source plus the skill directory name, ready to be registered with POST /skill-sources. Discovery only — nothing is persisted, and reachable:false (empty list) means the index could not be read rather than that nothing matched.
