Update a hook

Update a hook definition. kind is immutable (it discriminates the body); so is a code-host trigger’s subject family, which is why the update body carries none — delete and re-create to change it. A webhook hook’s ingress URL and signing secret are immutable too — rotating either is a delete + re-create. A github hook’s repository may be re-targeted (re-validated against the organization’s installations).
