List the organization’s GitLab bot accounts

Every service account this organization owns on GitLab.com (§7.2), with the agent it acts for, its top-level group, its health, and the bound projects it is a member of. The Integrations card keys its rows by this (§18.1). converging reports whether membership convergence still owes the organization work, so the console can stop asking once it does not. Visibility-gated: a bot belonging to an agent the caller cannot see is absent, exactly as that agent is. Never token material.
